At night, she composes charming tales about her passion for animals, beginning with “The Adventures of Lily the Chow Chow.”
When not working her day job or volunteering for animal causes, Lorraine unwinds by painting landscapes and reading memoirs. She credits her common-law husband for patiently enduring their chaotic, furry household. For Lorraine, writing children’s books combines her three great loves: animals, storytelling, and making kids smile.
